TPM is proud to be expanding the mailing capacity here at our giant eco-factory near Bristol. The latest addition to our ever-growing fleet of print and mailing systems is a BlueCrest FPS12F high capacity mail inserter.

Designed by industry leaders Pitney Bowes, the flagship FPS (Flexible Productivity Series) mail inserter is capable of processing up to 14,000 letters per hour! The cutting edge FPS series also sets a new standard in high volume mailing by running an optimum balance of three critical factors - speed, flexibility and quality.

Speed - typically running up to 12,000 DL size or 9,000 C4 size letters per hour, the system delivers the fastest turnaround for even the most demanding of quantities.

Flexibility - It can handle a wide range of inserted materials, bespoke collations, envelopes and mail-piece finishing.

Quality - The system ensures a high level of quality through its ability to scale from simple file audits to complete file-based processing.

The system also makes use of advanced technologies such as Servo motor-driven rotary and friction feeders, which deliver high performance together with ease of set up and use.
